Refund Policy

Card purchases through our checkout
This policy covers Earthquake Globe Pro bought by card through our own checkout page, which is processed by Stripe. If you bought Pro in the App Store or on Google Play, see the next section instead: that payment goes to Apple or Google, not to us, so we cannot refund it ourselves.
Monthly subscription
If you have never had a free trial of Earthquake Globe Pro, the monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial, the same as in the App Store and on Google Play. One trial per person, whichever way you pay. Your card is charged when the trial ends, and then once a month.
You can cancel at any time. In the app, open Settings, then Profile, and tap Manage card subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
If Pro did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge.
Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a single payment with no renewals. If Pro did not work for you, write to us within 14 days of the payment and we will refund it.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from any address. Include the email you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long that takes, usually 5 to 10 business days.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made through their stores, because that money never reaches us. For an App Store purchase, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play purchase, go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. To cancel a store subscription, use the subscription settings of that store.
Who we are
Earthquake Globe is operated by SupafastTech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, as set out there. Nothing in it limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.
