Earthquake Globe is an independent iOS application designed to make real-time seismic data accessible and actionable for everyone. Built by a small team at Supafast, the app delivers live earthquake tracking powered by USGS GeoJSON feeds, updated every 60 seconds.

Our Mission

We believe that awareness is the first step toward preparedness. Earthquake Globe gives you the information you need — when you need it — without the complexity of professional seismology tools or the limitations of government apps.

What Makes Us Different

• Custom radius alerts — set your notification zone from 50 to 1,000 km. Most apps alert you for every quake worldwide; we alert you for the ones that matter to you.
• Magnitude threshold — filter out minor tremors and only be notified when a quake exceeds your chosen threshold.
• Privacy first — no account, no personal data collected. Your location is computed on-device only.
• Offline capability — recent events are cached locally via SwiftData.

All seismic data comes directly from the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the world's leading authority on earthquake science. We refresh the feed every 60 seconds to ensure you always have the most current information.
